Innovation Refunds' primary challenge was finding legitimacy in this field of occasionally sketchy competitors. They needed a stamp of approval from a trustworthy small business owner. Enter: Ty Burell, wholesome father on the hit show Modern Family, and owner of several eateries in the Salt Lake City area. With Ty as our spokesperson, we set to work strengthening their reputation as a legitimate helping hand small businesses could rely on.
